		<description>Thank you, Jonathan. You are most kind. It&#039;s also a pleasure, after meeting so many BAs for whom UML is a foreign language, to meet one who speaks it fluently. I think a lot of the BAs I meet are really closer to Subject Matter Experts, drafted into the BA role. They know the customer domain well, but don&#039;t know how to communicate it to a development team. They weren&#039;t trained as BAs, and so have to learn analysis on the job. They can do that, but it&#039;s slow! </description>
