		<description>I wish I had understood that these were &quot;weasel words&quot; when i first started out as a BA. Would have saved me a lot of angst.

Back then, when a developer would say &quot;almost done&quot;, I woudl feed this back to the client expecting that the project was indeed alomost done. Oh well, you only make that mistake once.</description>

Call the HelpDesk and report problems accessing the internet and your likely to get a &quot;It works fine on my machine&quot; as if the problem was all in my head.</description>
